Duluth Height Hornets

This past week the boys got their first team jerseys... Dylan sports #4 and Riley is #5 for the Duluth Heights Hornets.

Dylan has really stepped things up this past week. He has ditched the scooter skate, and now strides using both legs, and gets around pretty quick.

Riley is following suit, and is usually the only kid out there that has fun the whole time. Most of the others end up crying or whining about the cold, and have to go in to warm up.

Despite the cold temps and struggles of getting in all their layers, and all their gear twice a week, they have a good time, and don't complain (any more that is). They stick out the cold and put in a good practice each time.
Next weekend is their first Jamboree. Two games on Saturday, and one on Sunday... no goalies, small nets, and two 25 minute halves of running time... Lets play hockey!

Hey, are you guys brothers? The kids look good. Hair is long enough to give them the mullet. (Canadian tradition) House looks awesome. Is there a Rob room yet? Congrats on the job. The new family truckster looks pretty sweet too. You gots to get some "twinnies" on it though. I glad that you and my former D-partner are health and happy. Tell the boys "Stick up, head down." Until later......
