Growing Boy

Yeah, life has escaped me... Its been almost a week since Brady's 2 week check up and I haven't posted the news.

He now weighs 8lbs 13oz and is 20" long. He is a healthy growing baby, who continues to be just a gem. He rarely complains and occasionally gives me a 4 hr stretch between feedings at night. Otherwise its every 2-3 hrs he's looking for something to eat. Dylan and Riley can't believe how often he eats, and every time he cries they assume he's just hungry again. Dr. Thurlow had nothing but good remarks about Brady and commented on how we are probably her most laid back parents... A yeah... We've been through twins, so one baby is a piece of cake!

It was really cute when we checked in at the desk, Dr. Thurlow was walking through the waiting room, and caught our crew coming in. So Riley stopped her and said "We are hear so you can check out Brady. He needs to see you, to make sure he's growing good." He proceeded to have a "grown-up" conversation with her, without any prompting from us... What a big shot.
